Parts & stock control
Reorder alerts, purchase orders drafted for you, and a list of dead stock.
For wholesale parts & supplies distributors
Spreadsheet reordering means running out of what sells and sitting on what doesn't. I build a simple tool that tells you what to reorder and what to clear. One fixed price, from $3,000. You own it.

Today: reorders run on gut feel and a sheet that's always out of date. With your own tool: you see what to reorder, what to clear, and orders type themselves in.

What we build
Every build is made for your business. Here are a few ideas.
Reorder alerts, purchase orders drafted for you, and a list of dead stock.
AI reads invoices, forms and emails and fills in your system. A person checks it.
The numbers you check every morning on one screen, pulled from your systems.
Your accounting, CRM and industry software share data, so nobody types it twice.
Draft quotes from your past prices, check the margin, and follow up automatically.
Polite reminders go out on time, and you see who owes what at a glance.
Every web form, call and email lead in one list, with a reply sent in minutes.
Customers check job status, approve quotes and pay online without calling you.
Book jobs, assign techs, and text customers when their machine is ready.
Tablet forms with photos and signatures that become a clean PDF report.
Clock time per job from a phone, so every hour gets billed.
Claims created automatically, deadlines counted down, short payments flagged.
An assistant answers common questions and books jobs while you sleep.
Ask "how do we do X?" and get your own process back, not a guess.
If your team does it by hand, in a spreadsheet or on a whiteboard, we can probably build it.

Your final price is set after the free call, based on how big the job is: the number of steps, connections to other software, types of user and special cases. Once we agree it, the number doesn't move. Scope creep is on us, not you.

One job, done properly. For example a quote builder or a reorder alert.

A note from Daniel
You deal with me from the first call to the finished software. I take on a few projects at a time, so each one gets proper attention. If custom software isn't right for you, I'll tell you on the first call.

Most distributors do. This doesn't replace it. It reads your sales and stock data and tells you what to reorder, when, and what to clear, which most systems still leave to a spreadsheet or gut feel.
No. It drafts purchase orders for you to check and approve. Nothing is ordered without a person saying yes.
Yes. The 20–40 minute call is free, and so is the mockup. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.
After you've seen the free mockup and agreed the fixed price, before the build starts. Nothing before that.
Smaller builds take 1 to 2 weeks from the first call to handoff. Bigger ones take longer. You get the timeline in writing before you pay.
Yes. The code, the data and the hosting account are yours. No per-user fees and no lock-in. Any developer can pick it up later.
Often, yes. It can connect to what you use now, or replace a spreadsheet. We check on the first call.
You try it while it's being built, so changes happen early. Anything genuinely new is priced separately, and nothing is added to your bill without your yes.
Bug fixes are included after launch. After that, I can look after it for a small monthly fee, or your own team can. Apart from hosting, nothing is needed to keep it running.
Any business with a process that's costing it time or money, from equipment dealers, contractors and repair shops to distributors, manufacturers, trucking companies, property managers, cleaning companies, accounting firms and staffing agencies. Usually the owner or operations manager, in a business where a lot of work still runs on spreadsheets, paper, or people chasing things by hand.
Work that's too specific to your business for an off-the-shelf app: approval steps, your own pricing rules, warranty or compliance paperwork, customer portals, or getting two systems that don't talk to each other to share data. If you've tried a few software subscriptions and ended up back in a spreadsheet, that's usually a good sign we can help.
Yes. Everything on this page is an example. If a problem in your business can be solved with software, we can build it. Tell me the problem on the call and I'll tell you honestly if it's worth fixing.
